摘要

“形与神俱”“形神兼养”作为中医药学原创优势，体现了国学原理的整体观。身心医学或心身医学倡导国学崇仁德、尚和合、重教化的形神兼养理念与医疗实践，展现其实践美学。本文阐述气聚成形，形立而神生。“仁”既为神与形的关联，也是天地人神贯通之理。身心医学或心身医学相应于中医药学形神共俱与形神兼养的医学实践，体现出形与神的关联性，养神需守静，守静需以敬代静，形神兼养。格致学是国学原理的载体之一，“形神共俱”“形神兼养”贯通于中医药学辨证论治的全过程。“格物致知”与“致知格物”，维护人体身心健康。在此指导下的医学实践体现了人的自然化之美，敦人伦、助教化，讲仁德、尚和合，展现身心健康人性之美。

Abstract

As the original advantages of TCM

"the harmony between the body and mind" and "cultivating both body and mind" embody the holistic view of the principles of Chinese traditional culture. Psychosomatic medicine embodies its practical aesthetics with the idea of cultivating both body and mind and the medical practice

which advocates the beliefs of respecting benevolence and morality

upholding harmony and emphasizing education in traditional Chinese culture. This paper expounds the practical aesthetics of psychosomatic medicine advocating the cultivation of both the body and mind. Firstly

the accumulation of qi forms the body; following the body

shen (mind) generates. The relationship between the body and mind is maintained by "benevolence"

which is the general rule to do a deed. The medical practice of psychosomatic medicine

advocating "the harmony between the body and mind" and "cultivating both body and mind"

embodies the relevance between the body and mind. Secondly

Nourishing shen (mind) requires "keeping a tranquilized mind"

which should be sought in "respect" and cultivating both body and mind. Thirdly

gezhi

(studying the nature of phenomena)

as one of the carriers of the principles of traditional Chinese culture

guides the understanding of all procedures in TCM diagnosis and treatment by emphasizing "the harmony between the body and mind" and "cultivating both body and mind" . The TCM medical practice

under the guidance of

gezhi

reflects the natural beauty of human beings

and the beauty of human nature with physical and mental health

which advocates human relations

respects benevolence and morality

advocates harmony and emphasizes education.
