摘要

在近代中西医汇通的不同时期，张锡纯主张通过“衷中参西”的方式将西医纳入到中医知识体系中，恽铁樵则以生理病理为标准重新建构“新中医”。本文选取两人医著中有关外感热病的理论进行话语分析，认为差异性的医学话语背后意涵有三：代表着对西医知识吸收借鉴的不同侧重点；凸显出不同时期社会结构的差异及两种医学话语力量强弱的改变；深层次的文化意涵是展现了近代中医学家在医学汇通的不同时期对中学为体、西学为用的思维从信赖到跳脱的过程，提示医学从传统逐步走向现代。

Abstract

In different periods of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine in modern times

Zhang Xichun advocated "Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine" by incorporating Western medicine into the system of traditional Chinese medicine

while Yun Tieqiao suggested the "New Chinese Medicine" based on physiological and pathological standards. This paper selects the theory of exogenous fever in the two medical works for discourse analysis

and identifies three implications behind the difference in medical discourse. Firstly

it represents different emphasis on the absorption and reference of western medicine knowledge. Secondly

it highlights the differences in social structure of different periods and the changes in the strength of the two medical discourses. Thirdly

in different periods of the integration of medicine

modern Chinese medical scientists has changed their attitude from trust to escape about the thinking of traditional Chinese values aided with modern Western ideology

which reveals that medicine has gradually moved from being "traditional" to "modern" .
