摘要

中医历代医家普遍认为“脾喜燥恶湿”，但国家级名老中医白长川教授根据中医对脾脏生理功能及病理特点的认识，提出“脾恶湿更恶燥”的独特观点。本文基于对“脾阴”“脾湿”“脾恶湿”“脾恶燥”相关概念及其辩证关系的阐述，从燥湿太过、过用苦燥或苦寒药、过食辛燥食物、思虑太过均可伤及脾阴以及标本中气理论等方面论述“脾恶湿更恶燥”的具体内涵，指出治疗脾脏相关疾病应以平润为目标，进一步完善脾脏的藏象学说理论并指导临床用药，使临床工作者对脾脏疾病有更深入的认识。

Abstract

"Spleen liking dryness and disliking dampness" is a common understanding among TCM doctors in all dynasties. Despite that

based on an analysis of the physiological functions and pathological characteristics of spleen in TCM

a nationally famous TCM doctor

puts forward the distinct view of "spleen disliking dampness and disgusting dryness" . In this paper

based on a detailed review of the concepts of "spleen yin"

"spleen dampness"

"spleen disliking dampness" and "spleen disliking dryness" and their dialectical relationships

the connotation of "spleen disliking dampness and disgusting dryness" is elaborated. Specifically

it is pointed out that spleen yin can be damaged due to excessive usage of dry medicinals to eliminate dampness

or bitter dry or bitter cold medicinals

or excessive consumption of spicy food

or excessive thinking

together with root-branch middle qi theory. It is suggested that the treatment of spleen disorders should be aimed at smoothing and moistening. This theory will provide reference for improving the visceral manifestation theory of spleen in TCM and guiding clinical practice.
