摘要

通过阅读文献，对正邪相互转化的关系进行探讨，并在古今文献报道基础上指出肿瘤发生的关键因素——“恶气”是由正气失和化邪，邪气伏而化恶产生的。恶气弥散、熏蒸、充斥于机体组织内部，为肿瘤的形成提供了温床，与现代医学肿瘤微环境的概念有着异曲同工之妙。治疗当和其不和、疏利气机，使邪气复正、恶气消散。基于正邪转化角度阐释恶气产生机制，可更好地解释肿瘤的中医病因病机，指导临床治疗。将恶气理论与肿瘤微环境相接轨，可从细胞和分子水平上揭示恶气的内涵，为中医理论现代化研究提供思路和借鉴。

Abstract

Based on an analysis of "transformation between healthy qi and pathogenic qi" discussed in literatures

this paper points out that "e qi" (evil qi) seems to be the key factor of tumor occurrence. "E qi" is transformed from "pathogenic qi" lurked within the body

which is transformed from disharmonious healthy qi. "E qi" diffuses

fumigates

and fills the body

providing a 'hotbed’ for tumor formation

which is similar to the concept of "tumor microenvironment" in modern medicine. In treatment of tumors

harmonize the discordant and promote qi movement

thus turning the pathogenic qi back to healthy qi to dissipate the 'e qi’. Through interpreting the mechanism of 'e qi’ based on the transformation of healthy qi and pathogenic qi

we can better explain the etiology and pathogenesis of tumors in TCM and guide clinical treatment. By correlating the theory of 'e qi’ with the tumor microenvironment

we hope to reveal the connotation of 'e qi’ in the cellular and molecular level

and provide references for the modernization of TCM theories.
