The paper discussed the relationship between damp-heat constitution （DHC） and syndrome of damp-heat （SDH） from the angles of the disease occurrence

differentiation

treatment and drug administration. It is found that DHC and SDH were in different degrees and had a close relation. DHC was an important factor to the occurrence of SDH

reflected the characteristic of DHC. DHC should be regulated to being normal when SDH was treated.
