Objective To further study the distribution of syndrome manifastations of IgA nephropathy with the research method of clinical epidemiology.Method A cross-sectional investigation was used in questionnaire of case report and 308 case reports were collected. Then the factor statistics was used to analyze the results. Results There were 6 community factors

collected as followings: analogous syndrome of qi-yin deficiency

analogous syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency

analogous syndrome of wind-heat attacking lung

analogous tongue-pulse syndrome and analogous syndrome of damp-heat in large intestine. Among them the analogous syndrome of qi-yin deficiency accounted the most. Conclusion It is significant to research the syndrome manifestations with the method of clinic epidemiology.
