摘要

目的采用RP-HPLC对荆芥穗有效部位中木犀草素和橙皮苷的含量进行测定。方法选用TECHSPHEREODS色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm

5μm）

乙腈-0.2%磷酸为流动相

梯度洗脱

洗脱流速为1.0mL/min

紫外检测波长为283nm

室温下对木犀草素和橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果木犀草素和橙皮苷的线性范围分别为:0.036

.12μg和0.27

.9μg

平均回收率分别为:100.93%

RSD=1.59%和98.15%

RSD=0.43%。结论本法操作简便、准确、可行

可作为荆芥穗有效部位质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective To determine the contents of luteolin and hesperidin in the effective fractions of Spica Schizonepeta by using HPLC.Methods The contents of luteolin and hesperidin was determined at indoor temperature. The chromatographic conditions included TECHSPHERE ODS column （250mm×4.6mm

5μm） and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid running in a gradient mode with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 283nm. Results The linear rangers for luteolin and hesperidin were 0.036～0.12ug （r=0.9999） and 0.27～0.9μg （r=0.9999） respectively. The average recovery of the procedure was 100.93%

RSD=1.59%（n=6）for luteolin

and 98.15%

RSD=0.43% （n=6） for hesperidin. Conclution This procedure

which is simple

accurate and feasible

can be used as a qualitative control of the effective fractions of Spica Schizonepeta.
